This book is so beautifully written and presented. Very clear and concise for each herb it discusses. It also clarifies each of its benefits and the potential harm that it may cause to the body.

This book is worth every penny and is most definitely a blessing. I think it should be carried in every household. Definitely 5 stars for this book.
