In this work the author extols the virtues and importance of the role of women [our Sisters] in the Deen of Islam. 
 

About the Author : 

He is Mawlana Shaykh Sayyid Abu'l Faiz Qalandar Ali al-Suhrawardi, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi. He was born in Hanjarwal, Lahore, in 1895 [1313 After Hijri] and is considered one of the reviver's of the Suhrawardi tariqah in that region.


His early education was under his father Hafiz Mawlana Majid Rasul Bhaksh, rahimahullah.  He went onto Darul Uloom Numaniyyah, Lahore after completing his madrasa studies locally. He enrolled into Darul Uloom and went onto Bareilly Shareef, and studied under AlaHadrat Shaykh Imam Ahmad Rida Khan, Allama Shaykh Na'im al-Din al-Muradabadi, Allama Shaykh Wasi Ahmad Surti al-Phili Biti. 


He passed away in Safar [1378 After Hijri] being Sept 1958 and is buried in Lahore.
