About the Author : 

He is Imam Wasim Gul ibn Hamd ibn Najib-Allah al-Basuli, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi. He also wrote Nuskhah al-Shafiyah al-musamma bi-Muqaddimat al-Kafiyah. Not much else is known about his life.
