This is a beautiful large Masjid-e-Nabwi (The Beloved Prophets' Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam, Mosque) broach.

 
It details the Gumbad-e-khizra in Gold which has been encrusted with green stones and crystal, and the adjoining minaret in crystal & green stones. Fastens with a safety pin, attached to the rear of the Broach.
