This is a black kohl 'al-Asmad' (ithmid) - surma with a plastic applicator. This product has been mixed with Zamzam water and with Rosewater.

This product is considered healthy for the eyes as well as strengthening eyelashes, not to mention a Sunnah (tradition) of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
