What do the Scholars of Islam say regarding the matter, that Zaid is a Muslim and he believes in Allah Ta'ala, and His Final Prophet, Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam. After every Prayer and at other times, he recites the Verse of the Noble Qur'an,

'' Peace and Blessings be upon you, O Messenger of Allah ta'ala, and I seek for your shafa'at (Intercession)! ''

Now we ask the learned Scholars of Islam, ''Are these calls to the Prophet, Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, or to any of the 'Awliya of Allah' lawful in Islam ? ''


Kindly enlighten us regarding this issue, in accordance with the Islamic Shariah. May the Mercy of Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, be upon you, on the Day of Judgement.
