Taqdees ul Wakil un Tauheen ur rasheed wal khalil, is the book that narrates the Fatawa of the 'Ulama e Ahl as-Sunnat Arab o Ajam' in which it was unanimously declared that Rasheed Gangohi and Khalil Ambethvi are 'murtad o kharji,' and belong to the wahhabia sect.


The fatwa was a result of a manazir (debate) between the Ahl as-Sunnat w'al-Jama'at, led by Hadrat Mawlana Ghulam Dastagir Qusuri, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi, and the ''Ahl al-Deoband'' which also involved Shaykh Haji Imdadullah Muhajjir al-Makki, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi, who was hugely respected by both groups.
