Muslims have faced and continue to face many problems, difficulties and hardships. They have incurred the loss of life, wealth and honour. Each person spends his day engulfed in the problems and hardship that he has to endure. He tries his utmost to gain freedom from his problems but to no avail. On this very earth, Muslims lived in peace and security; however today, and on the same planet Muslims are left powerless and helpless. He feels alone and vulnerable whichever way he turns. Has this earth changed ? Have the skies changed? Why do Muslims feel that they cannot find any solution to their problems ?


There is only one Answer to this Question and that is that neither the earth nor the skies have changed; nothing has changed except that man himself has changed. This is the reason why Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, has changed mans honour into disgrace and his victory into loss. Protection by Allah and help from the skies has all been taken away from man.

''Without a doubt, till this day Allah has not changed the conditions of those people, who themselves, do not want to change their conditions'' --- Surah ar-Rad : verse 11.
