The Faisalah Muqaddisa, is written in response to the allegations made against Ala Hadrat Imam Ahmad Rida, alayhi ar-Rahman w'al-Ridwan, (two years after his demise), regarding the publication of the third part of the compendium Hada'iq e Bakhshish which had been plagiarised. It had addition's made to it that were completely false. It's fabrication was such that, it shocked the Muslim world who were connected to the great scholar, or who were affiliated to him in one way or another.


This work relates to this particular happening, and its corrections that are a part of it. It begins with the edict (fatwa) of Muhaddith al-'Azam al-Hind, Sayyid Muhammad al-Khicchicawi al-Ashrafi al Jilani, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi, followed by a host of other great 'ulama of the subcontinent. These include Mufti Muhammad Mazhar'ullah Dehlawi, Mufti wa Mawlana Mustafa Rida Khan al-Qadiri, Allama Mawlana Zafaruddin Bihari al-Ashrafi, Mawlana AbdulBaqi Burhan al-Haqq Jabalpuri, may Allah be pleased with all of them all.
