Description : English and Arabic.

It is mentioned in a hadith, ''It is obligatory upon every Muslim to seek knowledge,'' (Ibn Majah, Vol 1, p.146, Hadith no. 224). In the exegesis of the foregoing Hadith, it is stated that it is obligatory for the one performing Hajj or Umrah to be aware of the essential rulings of Hajj and Umrah.

Usually when people travel for Hajj or Umrah, they are more interested in learning Du'as recited during tawaf and Sa'i, etc. No doubt this is a good thing provided one can recite them properly. However, if one doesn't recite these du'as, he will not be a sinner: but if he does not learn the necessary rulings of Hajj and 'Umrah, he will be a sinner. God-Willing, Insha-Allah, this book 'Rafiq al-Mutamirin' will help you, and prevent you and your family from refraining in sin!
