This is Volume One of the first published English commentary of Hada'iq al-Bakhshish.

The purpose of the book is to increase one's love for the Beloved Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, through the works of a genuine lover (Ashiq al-Rasul) of the Prophet, ?. The Awliya-Allah (Freinds of God) state that the books not only contain the work but also the state (haal) of the author. It is hoped we too receive the love of the Noble Prophet, ?, through the poetry of AlaHadrat Imam Ahmad Rida Khan, alayhi ar-Rahman.

This first volume of Hada'iq al-Bakhshish contains seven poems (Naat) in praise of the Beloved Messenger of Allah, ?, complete with an interpretation in English. Extract from the Foreword :

"This book will go a long way to introducing the English speaking world to the works of Shaykh Imam Ahmad Rida Khan, may Allah be pleased with him. I am a firm believer that reading and studying the books and Na'ts (poetry) of AlaHadrat, may Allah be pleased with him. are a unique means of increasing our love for Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, and His Beloved Prophet, ?."---Allama Arshad Misbahi, UK.

Extract from the Foreword :

"Abdul Mannan has translated & annotated seven poems of AlaHazrat, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi, to English. This a fruitful endeavour as English is the language of the internet and amongst the most widely spoken languages of the world. If the entire corpus of AlaHazrat, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi, were in English, he would certainly be heralded as the greatest mind of his century.

His poems are perhaps the greatest expressions of his love for RasulAllah, ?, and presenting this before Anglophones will go a long way in introducing the Imam to those devoid of Urdu, Allah Willing. " ---Mawlana Aqdas Qadiri, UK.

Extract from the Foreword :

"Every believer should aspire to increase his love for his Nabi, ?, as there is no greater treasure than this. Imam Ahmad Raza Khan's, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi, poetry is a unique and scholarly piece of work which is unique in this contemporary period as it encompasses and reflects the beliefs of the Ahl al-Sunnah. This translation is a much needed work and is available for the first time in the English language." ---Mawlana Naveed Ashrafi, UK.
