About the Author :

He is Qutb al-Din Abu'l Khayr Muhammad b. Muhammad b. Abdallah b. Khaydir al-Khaydari [al-Ukhaydari, al-Khudayri] al-Dimashqi, al-Shafi'i. He was also known to be a Qadi (judge) in Damascus. He passed away on the 1st of Rabbi al-Awwal  1894 after Hijri (February 1489 C.E.).
