Bahjatul Mahafil Wabughyatul Amaathil; Fi Talkhis as-Sir w'al Mu'jizat wal Shamail -  is the talkhees (shorter version) of the biography of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad, salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, which includes Seera, Mu'jizaat and Shama'il.


About the Author : He is Allamah, al-Muhaddith Yahya ibn Abi Bakr bin Muhammed bin Yahya al-'Amiri, ash-Shafi'i, al-Yamani, alayhi ar-Rahman. Imam al-Amiri was born in 817 hijri in Haradh, Yemen where he also passed away in 893 hijri. He studied under his father where surpassed him as was said by Imam as-Sakhawi, 'alayhi ar-Rahman, in his (al-Dhu'u al-Llami'). He travelled for knowledge to Makkah, then to Madinah. He excelled in Hadith and Tafsir as well as the Sira. He was the author of numerous works.
