About Abu Zayd al-Dabusi : 

He is al-Imam al-Qadi Abu Zayd Abd Allah bin Umar bin 'Isa Dabusi al-Hanafi [d.430h] rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi. Abu Zayd al-Dabusi was a distinguished Islamic jurist and scholar within the Hanafi school of thought.
