The English translation of the Qur'an is placed around the margins of the Arabic text. Whilst the English transliteration is on the opposite facing page.  Regarding the transliteration; the Arabic letters are presented by English letters with added symbols in order to give the same sound of the Arabic letters. The transliteration makes it easier initially for native English speakers to read the Tajweed Qur'an in Arabic pronunciation using the English alphabet letters.
