The Ahl-us-Sunnah v's the Wahhaabi Doctrines

The Ahl-us-Sunnah versus the Wahhaabi Doctrines:
*[A5] Hardback - 543 pages,
by Muhammad Afaq Kayani.

Extract from the Authors Foreward :

In the battle against the Wahhaabi attacks at some of the fundamental doctrines of the Ahl us-Sunnah w'al Jama'ah, this humble servant of Allah ta'ala has decided to put together religious evidence to defend some of the fundamental doctrines that Wahhaabi scholars frequently attack in their literature.

Since Wahhaabies vigorously object to the idea of attributing spiritual powers to Allah's Prophet's and the Awliya Allah, I decided to write this book to refute their corrupt doctrines relating to those noble personalities.

Today the main disseminator of the Wahhaabi faith is the Saudi government. The reason for this is that Muhammad Ibn Saud, the father of the present day Saudi dynasty, made an alliance with Muhammad Ibn 'Abdul Wahhaab to the effect that he would adopt his doctrines and institute them as the official doctrines of his state. The discovery of oil, in the early 20th century, brought a sudden influx of wealth, and with it the financial power to spread the Wahhaabi doctrines beyond the Saudi Arabian peninsula.

Sadly, today, the Saudi government funds some of the major publishing houses and educational establishments within the Muslim world. Through it's financial funding, the Saudi government not only spreads the Wahhaabi doctrine but it also keeps in check any literature that either conflicts or refutes the Wahhaabi belief.

In countering the Wahhaabi objections I have made a conscious decision to present only the evidence of eminent Wahhaabi scholars, or Ahl us-Sunnah scholars whom the Wahhaabies respect and honour as religious authorities.---Muhammad Afaq Kayani

---Chapter [2] : [Page 53],
In this Chapter evidence is presented in support of the Ahl us-Sunnah belief that Allah ta'ala endows Spiritual Powers to the Prophet's and the Awliya Allah, by which they can see, hear and know things which are normally beyond the reach of ordinary people.

In this Chapter, detailed evidence in presented in support of the Ahl us-Sunnah beliefs relating to :

Since the ability of Allah's Beloved Servant to be Haadhir and Naadhir is a natural consequnce of the exercise of spiritual powers, I decided to address this belief immediately after Chapter 3 because of it's natural progression.

---Chapter [5] : [Page 341],
In this Chapter, detailed evidence is presented in support of the Ahl us-Sunnah belief that Allah ta'ala reveals the Ilm al-Ghayb (Knowledge of the Unseen) to His Beloved Servants.

In this Chapter the book is concluded with a summary and conclusion. At the end of the Chapter a Bibliography is included.
