Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Sirin, may Allah be pleased with him, was born  in the year 30 Hijra towards the end of the rule of Sayyidana Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, the third Khalifa of Islam, he was described by his contemporaries as a  traditionist (Muhaddith) of good faith, very learned in Jurisprudence and an Imam endowed with knowledge and Great piety.
