Description

Al-Qaidah al-Samanudiyyah. ... A 'revolutionary' new Qaidah for Beginners.

" ... Tajwid is imperative and necessary, whoever ignores Tajwid is a sinner. Because with (Tajwid) our Lord revealed (The Qur'an) and (it) reached us with mass transmission. And He commanded with it great certainty: “Recite the Qur'an with Tartil” meaning: Tajwid And know that with it comes Wuquf & Ibtida, and that we learn in the teachings of Ali, may Allah be pleased. And it will certainly adorn the reciter with goodness and will protect the tongue from mistakes. "---from the Back Cover.

Over the course of centuries, the Arabic language has passed through many phrases, noticeably in its writing and script. There have been many different approaches towards learning the language with its correct pronunciation and detail, and for learners of different ages, from young children to those beginners with differing mother tongues. Regional variances of the Indian sub-continent, the Middle East, and other continents of the world also play a part in having developed different techniques. The world today is much more connected than ever before resembling a global village, in which knowledge and various experiences are also coming together. As time moves on, the learners and indeed the tutors of today are much different too, compared to those in the near past, let alone the distant past.

The book in hand, the Samanudi Tajwid Qaida, authored by the talented teacher and Qur'an reciter, Ustadh Abu Adam Muhammad Akhlaq al-Azhari, is indeed a new manual for learning and correctly pronouncing and reciting the language of the Qur'an. It presents a new methodology, distinguished from from various predecessors, with a new approach in learning this science, especially of benefit for those wishing to pursue further intermediate and advanced texts in a steady step by step manner. If not revolutionary, this book can surely be considered evolutinary. ---Bakhtyar H. Pirrzada al-Azhari, Jamia al-Karam.
