Description

التحقيق الباهر شرح الأشباه والنظائر Al-Tahqiq al-Bahir sharh Al-Asbah w'al-Naza'ir is the only complete and detailed commentary on Al-Asbah w'al-Naza'ir – even though many other works have been written, none of them are complete like Al-Tahqiq al-Bahir.

Written by Al-Imam Allama Hibat Allah al-Taji al-Hanafi [1224h], rahimahullahAl-Tahqiq al-Bahir is the only work on Al-Asbah w'al-Naza'ir that has commentated on every part of Ibn Nujaym's text in a detailed yet concise manner. This is very importance considering the challenging and often obscure nature of the text.

Imam Allamah Ibn Nujaym’s, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi, (926-970 AH) Al-Asbah w'al-Naza'ir is a key work that is taught and studied by scholars of the Hanafi legal school, who specialise in the issuing of legal rulings/edicts (fatwa). It is a work that has received much praise from jurists of the school throughout the centuries.
