This edition also includes Ajalla al-Iylam by AlaHadrat Imam Ahmad Rida Khan, rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alayhi, with the urdu tarjuma by Shaykh al-Hadith Mufti Muhammad Siddiq Hazarwi.

Ajalla al-Iylam anna 'l Fatwa Mutlaqan ala Qawl al-Imam - translates as ''An Important Declaration that Fatwa should Always be Given According to Imam Abu Hanifah’s Opinion.''

''It is said in Bahr al-Rayiq quoting the correction of Sirajiyyah that ‘the fatwa is always given according to Imam Abu Hanifah's, radi Allahu ta'ala anhu, opinion’ and the correction of Al-Hawi al-Qudsi that ‘..if the Imam’s opinion is on one side and the two companions [Abu Yusuf and Muhammad] on the other, the mufti can choose that which he understands [or considers] better.’ He continues: ‘I did not understand how our masters [mashayikh] permitted to issue a ruling opposing our Imam, and this bothered me for a long time and I did not understand it until now. The clarification is: Because the Imam said so himself that “it is not permitted to quote our fatwa, until they understand our evidence” these scholars did not comprehend his evidence, therefore they chose the ruling of others.’

He then states that Ibn Humam criticised earlier masters [mashayikh] in his Fat’h al-Qadir for giving fatawa opposed to that of our Imam saying that it is not permissible for us or muftis in our time to take such liberties. AlaHadrat, alayhi ar-Rahman, expounds on this matter strengthening the argument that the fatwa is always given in accordance with Imam Abu Hanifah's opinon.''---Shaykh Abu Hasan.
