Description :

The Friends of Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, are certain individuals who have gained a special closeness to Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, after immersing themselves in complete obedience to Him. This is not a position that is self-acquired, but one that is bestowed upon them, and it can happen in an instant or after proving oneself for decades on end. After the Prophets, they are the greatest in the kingdom of Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala.

Throughout history, these 'Saints' have helped assist the Muslim Ummah, physically and spiritually, to rid itself of whichever evils plagued it in their respective eras, and they were (and are) usually at the forefront of Islamic change.

Over 160 stories covering a range of Saints, (Awliya-Allah, Sufiya and Masha'ikh) throughout Islamic History, with a handy Lesson section at the end that explains the beliefs and etiquette that can be derived from them.
