Our Yemini Sidr honey originates from the Wadi Dho’an, a valley in the desert mountains of Hadramaout, East of Yemen. For centuries the mountains harvest raw, organic, natural and pure honey from bees who feed purely on nectar from flowers of the Sidr/Lote tree. Harvested twice a year during summer and winter in wild and unrefined conditions.
 

Our beekeepers are craftsmen of the trade, having embodied the art from generation to generation. The beekeepers adhere to the traditional method of beekeeping. No chemical, drugs or machinery are used in the process. Traditional methods perfected over generations ensure the honey remains pure, raw and unheated poured into containers, thus preserving its vital live enzymatic constituents.
