Hasbuna Allah wa ni'm al-Wakil : English

This comprehensive book explains the benefits of the litany Hasbuna Allah wa Ni'm al-Wakil, which is one of the litanies in the Ratib of Habib Umar bin Abd ur-Rahman al-Attas. Habib 'Umar al-Attas, may Allah make us benefit from him, was of great spiritual rank, rarely was the magnitude of his rank revealed, as he preferred to remain unknown and insignificant.

Amongst the greatest gifts that Habib 'Umar has left behind for us, is his compilation of this Ratib, filled with secrets and lights. It comprises of seventeen litanies, ending with the phrase of Tawhid, and finally with the recitation of the Fatihas.
 

It was related on the authority of Shaykh 'Ali bin 'Abdallah Ba Ras, may Allah have mercy upon him, the student of Habib 'Umar, may Allah have mercy upon him, that he saw written in a book, ''One who recites this Ratib regularly, it is hoped that their sins will be forgiven.''
