Sins of the Heart : New,
'Spiritual Illnesses and Their Cures'
*[A5] Hardback - 352 pages,
by Majlis Madinah tul Ilmiyyah,
Transl. into English by Dawate Islami.
Description :
Good deeds done on this earth will result in a blissful afterlife; whilst sins will lead to doom. Just as certain good deeds are visible, such as Salah, and others are invisible, such as sincerity, in a similar way, certain sins are apparent, such as murder, while others are invisible such as arrogance.
In this turbulent era, very few people are conscious of abstaining from sins; and even those few fortunate Muslims who do endeavour to abstain from sins are only conscious of the external ones. Consequently invisible sins are not eliminated (from our communities), despite the fact that invisible sins are more detrimental than apparent ones; since one invisible sin can be the cause of numerous apparent ones.
The knowledge of sins of the heart is a branch of knowledge which is compulsory (fard) to learn.
'Sins of the Heart' : Is the first English translation of the popular urdu work; Baatini Bimariyon ki Malumaat. This book contains the definition of some sins related to the heart, what leads to them, cures for them and more.
