The Seventy Benefits; for the Vision of The Light of the Eyes, (Fawa'id al-Sab'un), was originally penned by Dr. Sayyid Abdul Hamid al-Kanda al-Rifa'i, then translated into urdu by Aasa Baghdadi, and translated here into English by Sufi Pages, South Africa. The book is about the numerous ways to behold the Sacred Vision of the Beloved Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in a dream or in a wakeful state. 

Sayyiduna Abu-Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, promulgates : 

“A time will dawn on my Ummah when a single vision of me will be more excellent to the people than all their wealth and offspring.” [That is, people will give preference over their wealth and children to see me for a single glance (ziyarah).]

The author has presented 70 methods by which one can behold the Beloved Messenger of Allah, salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, in a dream or in a state of awakeness. This is indeed a priceless gift for the Muslim Ummah. The methods mentioned are mostly selected Salawaat (Durood Sharif) and Adkaar that are proven and effective to behold the Sacred Vision of the Beloved Habib, salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam.
