Description :
Tahqiq Imaan Abu Talib - the author; 'Malik al-Mudarriseen'; Hadrat Allama Ata Muhammad Chishti, rahimahullah, presents his research on the imaan (faith) of the uncle of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad, salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam.
A student of 'Malik al-Mudarriseen' poses the question about the emaan of Abu Talib. As this is a vast topic, and there is ikhtilaf amongst some of the scholars of the Ahl al-Sunnah, the author gathers evidence from both sides of the argument. He provides his tahqiq which includes historic points of view, ahadith, and presents them in a way that the reader can decide for themselves.
NB: The Imam of Ahl al-Sunnat al-Shaykh al-Imam Ahmad Rida Khan, 'alayhi ar -rahman wal-Ridwan, has concisely stated in his magnum opus; Fatawa Ridawiyya that Abu Talib did not profess the shahada before his demise.
