Description :

This thesis of the great Mujaddid Shaykh al-Islam AlaHadrat Imam Ahmad Rida Khan, 'alayhi ar-Rahman w'al-Ridwan, is an answer to a question posed to him, regarding how the Beloved Prophet, salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, performed his Salah before the announcement of his Prophethood. This refers to the period before Salah became Fard after the Night of Mi'raj.

The question was posed that how did the Beloved Messenger of Allah, ﷺ, enact his Salah before the Mi'raj, and how many rakats (cycles of prayer) did he fulfill, and also what were the times of those Prayers? AlaHadrat, may Allah be pleased with him, cleared all doubts and confusion that had arose on this matter amongst the Ulama.
